How do you make Guns for Hire follow you?

Please tell me there is a way that they can auto follow you without hitting H everywhere

I only hired that first guy but he follows me on his own.

Yeah issue was, hitting "G" to move them, was not intuitive about how to recall them. At least I didn't see that command "Hold H" in the game.
