IT KEEPS ASKING ME THIS WHEN I TRY TO LAUNCH THE GAME CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE. WHERE DO I FIND THIS CODE. WHY DO I HAVE TO GET AN UPLAY ACTIVATION CODE TO START A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STEAM GAME. PLEASE HELP.

You do not need the code, If you have connected your Uplay account to your Steam account FC5 will auto activate when you start the game from steam, Another advice is to innstall the latest version of Uplay from their web-site.

Well, you go to settings in uplay and in that menu you have a post where you connect to steam/account connect. Can you find it?

It says my steam account is already linked.

And it is your Steam account? Then i would have deleted uplay and innstalled it again from Uplay to get the latest version. Use windows add/remove program and go to Uplay and innstall new version.

Go to your steam library and mark the far cry 5 game. On the right side under "links" should be the option "product key". Thats your Uplay key which you need.

No key activation now, there is no key.

Okay unlinking steam and uplay accounts then restarting cpu worked. When launching far cry again it asked to link accounts again and joila! I’m in game finally!

dont you need the the activation key to unlock the pre order items on uplay? no one can seem to find where the key is?

It seems that some of you should have got a uplay key for the game. Connecting steam and uplay is a problem for some.
