Ubisoft coins 20% off doesn't work...don't try it...

I checked this forum and found some people claiming that the got the 20% off of their FC5 preorder when using 100 UBISOFT coins (or whatever they call them). I just tried and it doesn't work...it even states no preorders or in comb with other offers...but of course I believed what I read and found fake news is even on steam....sad.

Nope, I can't play the game and I got 20% off. On my store page, they told me to do it basically. It said "Use 100 gold points to get 20% off!" or something like that.
And its not released for PC yet. It releases 00:00 CET world wide.

Some people are saying they use the browser, logged in to uplay to order it, you might be using the app. I don't care anyways, i gave steam the 90 bucks and i STFU

It can be a region thing or the 20% did not work when i got the game. I see on my Uplay-store site that you can get 20% with coines, It have worked before and when i got the Origin game. And it may be a "glitch" depending on if you use the browser or the game app.

Worked for me too. Bought FC5 for €71,99 instead of €89,99 with the discount. Though, have it done though my internetbrowser, because in the Uplay client, the discount code didn't work..

I have heard someone saying that the discount only work in EU. But I dont know.
