Fall's End - have I screwed up??

So I've been running around doing outposts and other small bits in the first area to the west, and I've just maxed my area resistance points to level 3. I then got a radio message saying all my friends had been gathered up in Fall's End and it looks like I'm going to have to go there to kill my first Lieutenant.

The problem is, I've not yet reached Fall's End, because I've been doing all the outposts leading up to it. I've not yet met Pastor Jerome (except when he rescued me in a compulsory story quest, but I saw he had a quest in Fall's End which is now unavailable and has been replaced with the compulsory final quest for the area) and I'm worried I've screwed up big time.

By not reaching fall's end yet, have I effectively messed the story up and inadvertently skipped over the mission's I'd have gotten from Pastor Jerome and anyone else in Fall's end? Or are they still going to be available once I've killed the first lieutenant?? If I'd known the showdown would have taken place in Fall's End I'd have gone there much sooner and done all the quests there first.

this is the prob u can get to a area boss to easy by doing uther stuff but when its full u will have no chouise yep it sucks

no i believe you can continue on with the side missions after going there. minor spoilers i got everyones side q but nick and i thought he was gonna be a goner but nope i could still finish his quests after falls end

I guess I'll find out tomorrow then... Thanks for the replies guys, hopefully the quests won't vanish or get mixed up. I'd be curious to know if anyone else has fallen victim to what I did themselves and has a perspective on this.

I did the same too and also have the nagging feeling I may have missed out on something.

My perspective on this is that Ubisoft still aren't very good what they do and that it probably doesn't matter that I may have missed out on something as it was probably a bit ♥♥♥♥ anyway.

i think you'll be ok .. i killed John and still clean up missions to do afterward

remember to talk to everyone tho .. you can find more prepper spots that way so you can pick up guns ammo and Perk points ..as well as in game cash to spend for the good weapons

did that so i could get my M 79 nade launcher early

also learn that lockpicking skill early .. your gonna need the cash and gold bars ya find ..for later in the game when ya want all the weapons

Yes and No. I wont break the game. This happened to me as well. You just miss out on the initial encouter at falls end. This boss encounter mechanics are really anoying. I missed out on a quest(s) with the white tails because....boss encouter crap.
