False Prophet Story mission

Okay so ive done the first part of this mission in the plane and now im trying to enter the statue and the doors wont open so i can't continue. Anyone else had this?

It may not have anything to do with landing inside the statue and pulling the levers as you said you simply destroyed it with a plane.

There are RPGs and LOTS of rockets around the statue (which is dumb, since why would the cult bunker explosives nearby? XD), so I guess the safest way to do it is from the ground.

use a choper blow the carp out of it u can land on the top then get the book job dun

Well that's exactly what this bug prevents.

i reloaded the last saved checkpoint and it fixed the issue for me.

yea iv never had a prob on it i allways use the plane guy just to clean up when im in the choper

I blew up the statue with an airplane the ejected and landed near the top. Unfortunately when I climbed to the top the book wasn't there. I had to reload the last checkpoint and start from the bottom.
