How to enter the "Cull the Herd" mansion in the top right corner of the map?
I have the game on Uplay and every time i get to close to the mansion my character falls down and a song plays. I beat teh main story so im just exploring. I see enemy's trough my scope an can even tagg them. what gives?

Its about a dlc. The Vietnam DLC. Is a building for veterans.
The guy you give the lighters collectibles is the protagonist of that DLC.

the Cull of Herd is called "St Francis Veteran Center" is not that hard.
Wendell Redler is the NPC you need to give the Vietnam lighters and even he say is a Vietnam Veteran. Future Vietnam DLC and a Veteran building, i mean... i dont know. Maybe im crazy or is pretty clear.
I bet that when DLC come out you need to talk to Wendell Redler and cleanup that Veteran building to start doing the Vietnam missions.

Dunno isn't that Jacob's mansion where he trained us to be condition killers.. I mean that song comes up everytime we get close.. maybe its part of the conditioning to not allow us to go there.
