Any way to have cultist patrols after game completion?
After beating the game, the only cultists that are around are usually in vehicles that drive away, unlike earlier before you kill the leaders there would be cultists anywhere.
I just want to know if there's any way to bring them back after completion.

I guess if you reset the outposts?
At least if that mechanic is still present.

Isn't it on the main menu "outpost master" or something. I'm having crashes during load up or I'd say for sure.

I was just responding to them Just Chill saying 'resetting the outposts' and your response that it had been removed... I hope it hasn't, that's what I have going for me after it forces me to finish.

the outposts are the source of the patrols it seems, for me the patrols never lessened until i took them out regardless of how far the pissed off bar had filled

I was under the assumption that random patrols were connected with the outposts, in fact I remember tutorial tips saying this, until I found this other thread saying otherwise. Which is true?

To settle everything: NO CULTISTS AFTER GAME COMPLETION.
The outpost mastery is ONLY for outposts, no patrols come from it WHATSOEVER. the game lacks the enimies after the main game is beaten, so drag it on as long as you can.

However, it would be good for Ubisoft to implement the patrols in the pause screen after the area that you have beaten is over, making infinite fun.

I am going to start a new game just to play more side quests with having plenty of patrols along with me.

Starting a new game is great and all, but it's a hassle since you'd have to backup and delete your profile, as the game only gives you ONE, unlike the other games. (I think Far Cry 3 had three at least, didn't it?)

Even still, as I said in the other thread, the problem is the way the game forces the world progression. Everything you do counts towards it, and when you hit max, it locks out that region's major HUB. (I'm assuming since they did for John's region.) So you're foced to beat the leaders eventually, not only just to unlock it, but to get certain perk rewards for doing so.

It's been a while since I played it, but I'm reading that Far Cry 3 wasn't like this? (After they made the patch to reset outposts of course.) Was Far Cry 4 like this? (Never finished that one.) Because if resetting outposts for those games also brought back random enemy patrols and events, it seems like a huge oversight NOT to include it for this one. The random events is the best/craziest the series has ever had, and it seems come endgame the game doesn't want you to enjoy them anymore.

Yeah, FC4 was similar to FC3 in that aspect, beats me as to why they'd remove it from 5.

I ask myself, why so many people dont understand the mechanic? When you reet the outposts it has NOTHING to do with patroling cultists again! ITS THE DAMN RESISTANCE LEVEL 1-4! That is the reason, why my threads had nearly no support, because people are really not able to understand the mechanic!
I am all the time since start of the game for a resistance level slider, so you can have patroling cultists again!

If a Ubisoft Moderator is reading this please dear god add a feature to manually toggle patrols on and off after you beat the game. This is the only thing holding the game back from perfection.

They need to find a way to keep enemy patrols in the game. If they don't this game ceases to be relevant and will die very quickly. Especially considering we only have one save.... I don't even know how that's still a thing in this day and age.

UBISOFT: Please either add a full enemy / territory reset or a New Game + feature. This is ridiculous, you made this game to make money. If you loose all your fans by making stupid choices like this we will lose this franchise I love so much.
