Mysterious scream in Fall's End

I heard scream in Fall's End, just near the garage. It's scared me. Did someone same like me, i just wonder wtf is happen in Fall's End

gunfire and hostile animals will scare NPCs, its common for them to scream

The garage with eagle wall, when i walk in the garage i cant heard the scream, but when i walk away to the bar or church, the scream rise.

I heard it too, maybe it's a ghost. We will never know. (Unless the devs tell us)
And i'm sure i heard a ghostly scream.
