Okay.
Well, if you had half of a brain you'd be able to realise that you have to get 5 levels of resistance in total, So if you finish Johns region get two more in Jacobs region. Its really not hard. I mean, seriously, basic addition.
Bro I said, I got Full john and half jacob so in Total I for 6 Level and itd still not unlocked. Bug od something?

There is only three levels of resistance in a region. Just because there is four dots does not mean there is four resistance levels. You probably have four levels right now including Jacobs region.
Get some glasses.

What isn't helpful is that the UI tells you: 'Level 1' when you have nothing done in a region, 'Level 2' when you hit the second dot in the region, so it was natural assume that each of the 4 "dots" represents a level. I think that dopopi was right - this sounds like a bug in the UI. It SHOULD say 'Level 0' when you haven't done anything in the region.

Also, the glasses quip isn't helpful. See http://i67.tinypic.com/2ecngip.jpg for example.

What is this necromancy? Anyways, I would suggest doing first 2 tiers of each region before going for third tier because the third tier in each region takes way more resistance points. I would spend part of the time just messing around/patrolling the areas farming resistance points so you get to more of the actual "content"/missions with your AK.

Why do you want an AK47, it's crap' You should have been able to afford an AR-CL way before this. I got mine just after liberating Falls End.

Everyone has their own opinion, the damage bonus and slight accuracy boost by AKM outweight AR-C's ROF for me, or even AR-CL long range combat. Afaik AR-C, AR-CL is free if u take it from dead enemy so...

Correct. That's where I got my first AR-CL before customising it. After customisation with long range scope the damage rating goes up quite a bit. Depending on what overall weapons package you want, even the AR-CL used as a sniper weapon is useful as you progress and before you can get a 50 cal, if you actually want one.
As you say, it's a matter of personal opinion and tactics, but I'm still carrying the AR-CL alongside a 50 Free State and have finished the game twice with both as part of the overall package.

I like to use the first revolver you get with tactical sight. It's very good. One shots humans. Close combat mastery is also like 1 pointer?

Sorry, I meant the accuracy and range stats, not the damage. So far as I can see the AK 47 can't be customised to achieve the same improvement. That's important if stealth is part of your tactics. If not and you enjoy close quarter fire fights then, as in real life, the AK 47 is a good weapon. It's one of many reasons why there are more of them in the world than any other type of assault rifle.

Well I dislike lazergun accuracy anyways. I like to rely on skill to land shots.
