Weapon wheel, how do i access?

I own the rocket launcher but cant seem to find a way to open the weapon wheel to choose it.

q does bring up weapons but not the wheel itself.

so why dont i have choises in that stupid thing? Like that big wheel that should pop up letting me choose my rocketlauncher instead of whatever?

do you have the rocket launcher equipped? you cant just carry every weapon at once you know...

You equip weapons at the weapon shop.

Grid to Wheel can be changed in Options/Gameplay - Weapon Selection Type.
To Equip Owned Weapons go into the Store, select Weapon and hit Mouse 2. It will bring up Weapon Grid/Wheel so you can Equip a slot.
After that go back to Shop and M2 to Upgrade Accessories on Equipped Weapons
