Clutch Nixon Lord of the Wings

Has anybody successfully completed this stunt? It's a wingsuit challenge, and every time I jump off the ledge and switch to the wingsuit, I immediately get a mission fail saying I'm no longer wearing a wingsuit... Help.

Deploy your wing suit and not your parachute by holding shift, not space bar. Not that hard took a couple of tries, but not too bad.

I have been doing that but still does not work, and I have the perk

I had this problem a few times. My solution: Don't worry about sprinting to the edge, but make sure to get a good jump, then wap-wap-hold on the wing suit key until it deploys. For some reason it may not deploy on the first keystroke.

As for the challenge itself, you probably know this, but you can skip a ring or two if your timer permits.

Same thing happened to me. You have to jump at the edge to get enough air to deploy the wingsuit. The devs could of designed this mission better by starting you at the very edge.

you can actually jump of the edge and parachute before using wingsuit (rules don't apply intill after first ring

Its hard as hell to actually complete, as well. That section in the canyon is ridiculous.

I did it the first try. Don't dip so much, or you'll gain too much speed.

Mouse and Keyboard, no control whatsoever. I try to turn and no matter what keys I press, all I do is look to one side and magically skate the other way while dropping sharply. Haven't had much trouble with any of these missions until this one. The sudden near-impossible difficulty increase tell me it's bugged.

I've been having that problem too: wingsuit not deploying. Then, I barely make the first two rings before randomly flying off course. I think I may simply skip these. They're simply frustrating and not fun at all.

Any advice for the wingsuit? Should I abandon kbm and go with controller? I suck at controllers ...

The mission is do-able. Once you've done the jump, take your hand off the mouse and go pure keyboard and you'll do fine.

It's my favourite mission in the game. Completed it many times.

Love the Clutch Nixon missions, especially the plane/wingsuit ones.
