Major Bug Report [Confession Mission]

Hey there. I'm having some serious game-breaking issues here. Me and a friend were doing John's mission (the one where u were kidnapped in his bunker and have to manage to get back to the surface before the timer runs out) and died by explosion at the surface. The problem is that the checkpoint made us both load back in the bunker behind a CLOSED GATE. We have absolutely no way to get out of the bunker anymore and we just found out that other people encountered that game-breaking issue. Literally making 20+ hours save worthless.

I'm having a similar issue, i was capture by John and was having trouble so i quit and went to bed. Now when I load my save it says I'm on the "The Confession: Find deputy Hudson" but I'm not in the bunker anymore and if I abandon the mission or die at all it takes me right to the same checkpoint NOT in the bunker. So I can't abandon the mission and I cant get back to the bunker to finish it.

nop,i had to create a new save...

This is why I copy the save folder to another drive from time to time.
