Armored Enemies
Way too spongy imo.

Not even particularly difficult since they don't seem to use cover, but having to put 30 rounds into someone's face before they go down just because they have a chain around their neck seems excessive.
Especially when punching them unexpectedly is a one-shot.

Probably not a big deal in the long run since I'm loving everything else, but the game starts to feel like The Division every time someone in a helmet shows up.

I have only completed the first region so my comment is based on that area alone, no idea how the armoured units evolve in other areas.

Well the MG Heavies are vulnerable to headshots, grab a AR or a SMG and go for headshots. Flammethrowers heavies you must shoot them in the back, watch out for explositiont hough. And try to sue takedowns against both

I know how to kill them, I just think it takes too many shots.

You can use armor piercing bullets

That did it, shotgun seems to be the answer to armored MGs.

Heavies in farcry have always been tough. You can't get them with a 'takedown' in this game but 2 shots with a .50 sniper rifle will kill them. Or just have Nick Rye swoop in with his plane and drop a bomb.
Haven't tried armour piercing rounds yet but I bet they will drop a heavy like a sack of potatoes

Not gonna lie... I eaither use Furious or Throw a shovel... that shovel is more fatal then a Punch from Goku...

Thanks, gonna try the shovel. I want to stealth an outpost, but there's a heavy in a critical location. They are definitely a pita.

I usually use Shotgun. That or throw a craftable remote explosive and it'll one shot them.

.50 cal armour piercing sniper round works nicely to one shot the armoured guys.

Some don't wear helmets you can headshot them. The ones with helmets you will need armour piercing rounds to penetrate.

You have Nick Rye drop a bomb on the heavy and still get the stealth bonus. They will try attack him but they won't sound alarms or detect you.
You can also send the Cougar to kill him silently. Easiest though is just a silenced .50 sniper with armour piercing rounds. Even with normnal bullets it only takes 2 gut shots

Moltovs work well against heavies.

You actually can do a takedown on everyone. No unlocking any perk for a take down, you sneak up behind or if youre fast enough, in front, and you kill them with stealth. I killed so many flame throwers and heavy MG guys all the time. I havent tried death from above yet on either, but if it worked on a VIP guy, im sure heavys are just as killable.
