60 dollars down the drain. Because of this 1 little F#UCKING ERROR! UBISOFT! GET YOUR SH#IT TOGETHER! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! EVERY ON THE FORUMS WANT THIS PATCHED AND FIXED! AND YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS F#UCKING SHI#T!

The error OP is referring to is game-breaking. It prevents you from saving any progress. So yes, in this case the error makes this game bad.

i have this game only on uplay, and ♥♥♥♥, i make some about 70% progress of the game aaaaaand.... thats it. I lost my saves, and i can even start game from begining

Yep, I lost 13 hours of gameplay and all I want is to use a friends save files cause mine are gone and I dont want to play through all that again.

sorry to hear this. i have over 60 hours in the game. I came across a couple of bugs but exiting and restating solved the issue for me.

Just got this error, was about to confront Joseph Seed, almost complete... lost 43 hours! Not even going to bother restarting until im sure this is fixed and wont happen again.

I just tried a fix suggest by THE RADAR on another thread that worked for me, got all 43 hours back!!
Go to your save games folder located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
Make a copy and then delete everything inside it.
Restart and it does a cloud sync and returns all your saves!!

Who has a solution for that I've installed a new nvidia driver, and I started the game, couldn't start, after that I deleted the whole game, but I made a copy of the "savegames" folder, I reinstalled it, I copy and paste the folder, but I have an error message when I start the game, and I can't hit the "continue" button, it disappeared :\ Can someone help me out from this? I pasted my save files but It doesn't work! :S

Same thing happened to me. I had beaten the game and the next time I started the game I got the error. 23 hours down the lou!

Can we fix somehow this problem? We have the "savegames" folder, there is our 20-30-40 hours gameplay, but why we got the "granti 2000000" error message, but is there a way to bypass this and can take back the "continue" button? I don't want to play the game from the beginning :S

Had the same error. I've over 32 hours of gameplay. I've asked for a refund. The product is clearly broken and is not what was promised.

This is a second bad episode with ubisoft. Never going to buy their rubbish again.
