Walled Mansion in Upper Right Corner of Map?

There's a mansion in Jacob Seed's territory in the upper rightmost corner of the map I found after killing him--whenever I approach it, that "Only You" song begins to play and my character passes out and respawns some distance a way. Is there a way in, or am I missing something obvious?

That's the place you get dragged to every time he sends his hunters after you.

That's the Veterans Hospital. No, you can't go in there. It's the place Jacob keeps dragging you to.

Supposedly it's going to be used for the Vietnam DLC (not confirmed)

theres 2 eaily missable ones in the north

the ozginam (or soemthing) falls prepper stash just jump of the brigde and find the truck to start

mint condition the cheezeburger bobble heads mission near the lake that starts the fishion misson in south west. its a shack sorta out the way called fowlers rest

unfortunately there is no any description or mark on the map but it says i have 40/41 missions completed in Whitetail mountains
i think its probably a hidden stash or something like that

I managed to get inside the walls and sneak around the cages in the front yard, but as soon as I went near the front door I got knocked out and dumped outside again.
