recurve bow

so i'm a little confused..to unlock says you need a total of 5 lvls in resistance..i've completed 2 zones fully so im what 10+ at this point in total..and its still locked..or am i miss understanding something

There are 3 Resistance Levels per Region. A level is between dot to dot.
If you have Liberated 2 Regions (Killed both Bosses) you should have 6 Levels and should be able to get the Recurve.
Possibly bugged? Try to quit game and restart?
Also try going into the Arcade mode. For some reason that seems to fix things in the Main Game sometimes.

I also should have the recurve bow, it clearly says on main map when I zoom out that I have level 3 in both Jacobs and Johns regions yet I have not unlocked it.

There isn't 3 levels in each region, there are 4. I have John's region finished and have 2 levels in Faiths right now with my recurve bow still locked.

Yep, can confirm I have 3 + 1 + 1, and no recurve bow.
