Jacob. Missing one mission.
Did every mission, but it seems one is hidden and/or bugged.

Any ideas?

I may need a more detailled location because I may not look in the right direction as I am near the hawk eye spawn. And I don't see any Quest Giver NPC around.

Found it. It is a crashed car at the bottom of a waterfall on the right to the "Ozhigwan Falls" sign. The dead guy hold the box with the text into it.
