How to use welder/repair torch?
I have perk but have no idea how to use torch. Anyone can help? I am tired of demolishing NPCs houses with C4 to open safe.lol.

Hold Q and simultaniously press E to open utility items menu, then click on the torch.
Crouch close to the safe and open it the same way you fix vehicles.

I have acquired the perk that allows you to grapple and climb, and the game show a symbol where you can apply that the perk an it tells you which key to use.
