Nick Rye Icon won't disappear from map

I've found his plane in a hangar and liberated it, but doing such I missed the trigger to get rid of his icon.

I've saved his house and family, I have done all flight missions, and killed the boss plane.

But the icon is pinned on the map including his radio speech about the cultists wanting to steal his plane - which I already own, and I can hire him.

How to get rid of the icon now, to clear the map?

Same thing, except for me instead of Nick Rye's it's Grace's Church

I realize I never talked to nick before grabbing his plane from the ranch so I skipped the beginning of the quest. I'm guessing that's what triggered it for me.

In another thread someone started a friend's game and did all Nick Rye missions, and the Icon just stayed. Another guy completed game and this Icon won't disapear...

Same thing is happening to me atm, it really sucks... Hope that they fix it soon.

They didn't fix since March...

I asked ubisoft about my "Grace Icon" too. The response wasn't that optimistic.

Same with valley armed convoy mission missing.

I had this happen and I went back and jumped into the plane and Kim gave me another flying mission. Have you tried that? After I did that mission, the quest marker finally disappeared.
