Game keeps running on steam after quitting Farcry 5

It's not running in background process , Steam shows it's running .

I have to quit steam and launch it again to reset it back to play button .

I have another problem, when I exit Far Cry 5, Steam will not respond to anything almost. Only View Friends List works. Need to exit Steam and relaunch it.

Close the Uplay game launcher in task manager.

Having teh same issue Far Cry 5 says running in steam when it's not and does not launch at all for me....

Damn i could of had 1000 hours online game i fi knew how it happens.

I have missed out on refunds because of this ridiculous situation.

restart the computer and it will fix it for good, restarting steam only fixes it once and then it will happen again on game exit

had this issue before on other games
