Hours of Darkness DLC, will the coop work in the same way as main game?

.. or will both get the progress?
Not that I were totally against how it worked in the main game, with the progress, as we could make so many choices in 'our world' and.. oh.. well.., I kinda were against it, as everyone already finished it at the same time and there were only 'Outpost Master' coop left.

I guess I can't really complain about the game, no matter how many flaws it have, or get new from updates, as it's one of my most hours played (non-deleted) games on steam.

Yeah, it would've made sense with a host and 'helper only', if your choices changed the gameworld permanently from ones actions.

As it is now I don't want to join coop until I'm done with the DLC myself.
If the DLC new modes means one can play the full DLC again in coop, it might actually be great,
