John´s Region stuck at 50/52 Missions

I have already completed the ´no means no`-mission and I have already collected all comics and lighters

I think there is some issue with liberating the area before finishing all quests.

This is possible; but this should actually apply for every region although I 100%ed the other 2

Not really. In John's area I remember I left the "Bring Fuel trucks" half finished (at like 2/4) and then the quest to liberate the area popped up. By the end of it the Truck mission was gone from my catalogue. Didn't notice that in other areas. Probably a bug.

But I think that it still counts as being complete

Can you go back and complete missions after completing the area / game ?

Find the white markers. Those are locations you haven't been to yet. Some of those locations should have side missions.

I tried it; did not work. I might still be missing out something but I do not think thatˋs it

I am missing "Valley Armed Convoy" Mission 51/52. I think John's forced story path removed the trucks.

There's a thread about it on the Ubisoft "support" forum, where others are in the same boat. Yeah the boat convoy mission vanishes in Jacob's region too.

I had that problem too, One of the prepper stashes in faith's territory, right on the border is actually john's even though it says faith's.

Many thanks! I was suspecting that stash was too close to the Holland Valley. :) Now I have 50/52 (not done the collectible quests yet). "Valley Armed Convoy" shows in my list (in the side mission section).
