4 weeks between game patches is unacceptable in this day and age when they have game breaking issues. A hotpatch should have been done at a least to address the Day/Night bug.
For example, I have win 10 (updated) and GTX 960 with 8GB RAM and it doesn't happen to me.
It will happen to you either at certain times in the game between story missions or right after you beat the game. I've beaten the game twice and that is when it happens, post credits after a couple hours the time freezes.
That's pretty dang sad I had to download a Trainer to begin with(I can't stand them and don't trust them), yet a Trainer FIXED my save game. Pathetic really.
I'll trade you bugs. I still can't launch the game. =D
