When they have finished counting their profits they might consider looking into fixes.

Rumor has it that a patch is supposed to be here for that next Tues. Day One patch to 1.20 is the only patch I have seen.
4 weeks between game patches is unacceptable in this day and age when they have game breaking issues. A hotpatch should have been done at a least to address the Day/Night bug.

If it is such an easy fix, then please tell them how to fix it. If you don't know how, then why are you assuming it is an easy fix? They are working on it, in the meantime, why don't we try and figure why it is happening.

For example, I have win 10 (updated) and GTX 960 with 8GB RAM and it doesn't happen to me.

think it over on why it's an easy fix. It's a day/night cycle, probably time related. Never in their previous games have they had this issue or let it persist for more than a day. You do not need to be a programmer to understand the simplicity of such an issue.

It will happen to you either at certain times in the game between story missions or right after you beat the game. I've beaten the game twice and that is when it happens, post credits after a couple hours the time freezes.

they've ignored it for a month. If it continues to be unfixed, then it is ignored. End of discussion.

The fact that you aren't a programmer is obvious. Trying to find bugs in code is RARELY that simple.

re install your game! worked for me

HUH... fixed it. On the advice from another thread, I downloaded a Trainer that allows you to adjust the Time of Day. Guess what? Time is now progressing normally again.

That's pretty dang sad I had to download a Trainer to begin with(I can't stand them and don't trust them), yet a Trainer FIXED my save game. Pathetic really.

I doubt it fixed it, it probably just got you past that problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens again. You might need to run the trainer again if it hangs again. Trainers don't actually change the program code that caused the issue in the first place.

Why did you post this when a dev just literally posted that a fix was coming?
