Missing a mission 42/43 Faiths Region (Solved)

I need help finding the last mission!!!

Some things before you answer:
EVERY clutch nixon quest is done
Finished the 2 blood dragon quest
Finished the "drugs" quest on mannequin town

I'm so confused.....

Yup, done all collectible quests
it bothers me A LOT since its the last mission before 100%

Blood Dragon 3? the last part of the movie making, where you get a bunch of Angels and kill them in a specific way? That were the one I had missed. Just go close to the Radon mine and get a call.
Almost drove me insane not finding the last one!

Also, theres a doctor story mission that I feel should be a side mission, have you done that one?

Everything + collectibles + clutch nixon...just that 1 SINGLE mission im missing.

As I did know if/that it were a separate one from the rest of the BD3 stuff, that was what were giving me problems. So I wish you luck ..and go ♥♥♥♥ yourself!

Well thanks but NEVERMIND I FOUND IT.

Just found out that i missed a mission from Virgil after he died called "Clean Water Act"
I actually used an excel spreadsheet and checked out ALL my missions and that one was the last. It didn't pop up anywhere but did once i went to the location.
