Elk Skins From Caribou
i have my favourite hunting/farming spot in the north west by the lake. there are caribou, wolves, bears and more. All was well until today as in all the Caribou i kill only drop Elk Skins and i cant get ANY Alpha animal skins at all. Am i the only one experiencing this?? i tried a different caribou location to confirm and sure enough i only get elk skins. In the challenge section in the menu it still counts them as caribou as i have 200+ caribou skinned and only +/- 10 elk so the game registers them as caribou but im not getting caribou loot. Anyone got any ideas can help?

Ok i think ive found the solution. It seems that when i had that stupid quest to road kill antlered animals for the bbq guy it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with all my antlered animal kills. I am getting my caribou skins again after finishing the mission. next he wants bison so following the silly game logic, my bison skins will suffer next. no idea for the alphas though but i asssume its taken care of
