Setting virtual memory to 'System managed size' resolved the issue. BUT. It's just hilarious: FarCry5 takes up to 5GB of RAM and 14GB of virtual memory. And I have 16GB of RAM. That's some weird sh...
It may be somethings else for you, but still, go to system viewer and check if there is an explanation there.
It turned out after many headaches to be my POWER SUPPLY! It would drop voltage only during demanding gaming.
So, run a voltage monitoring program as well!
