WHEN WILL FAITH SEED SHOW UP?

So i earned 13k resistance points as required and it says its time to take down faith seed
I m wandering around for 30 mins now and she still hasnt showed
does anyone know what should i do=?

Really though, she should pop up somewhere like she always does, but this time you have to speak to her. She should be marked with the usual "Story Mission" American flag thing on the map. I found her just outside where Zip Kupka shoots his movie.

once I maxxed resistance with her, next time I fast raveled someplace I went somewhere else with her.

Just a heads up. You don't actually have to speak to her. I tried to ignore her, and never talk to her, because I didn't want to do the boss battle yet. After a couple of times of her showing up with the mission icon she'll just take you there anyway.
