If you Start New Game do you lose your Ubisoft club challenge rewards ?
I have finished the game which I regret since the number of enemies are now limited. Does anyone know if you lose your Ubisoft club challenge rewards of you restart ? For example the Flamethrower "Flamebearer" from this week's challenge ?

I believe you can keep those challenge rewards, but what I'm wonder is do you lose the prestige skins or weapons you bought from the campaign with $ instead of Silver Bars.
And your silver bars in the game do they reset to 0 as well when you start a new game ?

I can confirm you keep your club rewards and your silver.

I can confirm that you lose all Prestige items bought with ingame $ and you lose all non-prestige items bought with silver.

Unfortunate, but true. These are tied to the save game, so if you start a new game, you'll reset your progress including purchases.

That is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb. Just yesterday I finally completed my goal of owning all the clothes, all the cars, all the boats, all the planes, all the helicopters, and all the weapons with skins and attachments... but if I start a new game none of that will matter... wow Ubisoft. Wow.

Very dubious design choice, really...purchases should not be tied to the saved game, it just makes no sense. What if you spent real life money with such purchases, they vanish as soon as you start over? LMAO

Dying Light is a game that uses an interesting approach, saving story progress and character progression in separate files, so you are perfectly able to start a new game resetting the entire story without losing weapons, skills, outfits, etc you have worked hard to collect and unlock. But that's because the game supports NG+, which is not, unfortunately, the case of Far Cry 5 :(.

Like i said if you buy the silver it will carry over. I bought 10 bucks worth and it carried over to my new save. The Club rewards are tied to your uplay account not the save file.

I would love NG+. Always wondered why Far Cry didn't have it since FC3. But they let you reset the outposts. That was fine for 3&4, but resetting the outposts on 5 seems so empty now.
It seems they are pushing for Far Cry Arcade for longevity, but I have no interest in that.

You should have interest in Arcade. It is not all about pvp. There are sp and co op maps as well. The possibilities in Arcade are pretty grand and I am hoping this Halloween some map makers put out some Haunted House Journey maps. If you haven't you should play the Upside Down journey map.

I personally will be making a pvp map that I don't think anyone else has thought of and if it tests out how I am hoping; it should be a ton of goofy fun.

But bottom line outside main game and DLC Arcade is the only place to be and I can't wait to see all the crazy stuff people are going to put out. I expect plenty of recreations from other games to show up particularly after the assets from the DLCs are added.

I don't understand the single save. Really hurts the replay value of the game. :(

I agree 100% with that as well. I would have played it again, but I do not want to lose my progress of my first character.

Do you remember Spore? That had user created content that could be played. And I would say over 99% of it was complete garbage. The few gems that were there were buried. I agree the possibilities are grand. But the reality bores me to tears.
I played the upside down Journey map, and hated it. While some of the Ubisoft created Outpost maps were good. But that is why I like the game in the first place. Not user created "look what I can do".
