Can't get into this building!

After completing all missions I still can't get into this building. When I try I get overcome by bliss effects and hear the "only you" song. When I wake up I am on the other side of the lake looking at building again. It is at top right of world map. Help?

Probably something to do with the Vietnam DLC (Being as it is a Veterans centre) but your not the only one.

Yea, same thing kept happening to me.

Then I used this cool thing called Google.

But yes, probably has to pertain to the Vietnam DLC. Same with the zombies DLC and the haunted house, and the alien gun and the alien DLC.

Makes sense now. I did find a video on you tube about three possible DLC drops. But seems weird that this game wont even let you get inside the building to look around. Trying to build the suspense I suppose.
