Jimson weed not respawning?
Hey, I had been farming the Jimson Weed patch near the jail. I get most of my money from hunting, and I was using Jimson weed quite a lot, but it seems the weed patch isn't respawning. Last few trips there haven't seen any Jimson weed.

Any help? Any other patches?

As far as I can tell herbs dont respawn. Try hunting angels, they often carry ingredients. I don't know for sure, but a follower with the "vulture" perk might help you stock up on angels.

The other major patches seem to, and this one did for quite some time. It isn't anymore though....

I can come up with two reason. First, it needs some time to respawn. I have no idea how much or if it's possibly immediate after you've changed regions and come back. Secondly, it could be a bug that prevents them respawning after a limited number of harvests. If they never start respawning, you should make a support ticket for ubi.
