FPS stuttering/freezes [SOLVED]

hey,

I've got massive fps freezing/stuttering after almost every action: spotting a new location, get new quest information, pick up things from enemies etc. Game freezes for about a second. Also when new enemies are "rendered" into a fight or similar actions.

What did I do?

• deinstalled GPU driver 391.35 back to the previous one: 391.24
  
• switched the game from HDD to SSD
  
• reinstalled the game
  
• enabled full power energy mode in the nvidia control panel
  
• VSYNC in nvidia control panel ON, ingame OFF

CPU usage while playing: 80-90 %. GPU with normal settings around 70 %.

Specs:

• i5-4570 @3.4 GHZ
  
• 16 GB RAM
  
• Nvidia GTX 970

Anyone got ideas/workarounds?

All we can do is wait, man. I got a similar pc except i have 4690. And i face the exact same issues. We need to wait for Ubisoft to fix this. Strange to see, this issue did not get resolved after far cry 4, although far cry primal didnt have this issue.

try it out, if you having the same problem :)

Installed both game and uplay in the same drive which is D for me, still get stutters. :(
Note: mine is HDD.

And it is sad that end of August and Ubisoft still hasnt fixed this game breaking condition. And I am using a six core i7 8750H with a GTX 1060 with six gb vram. As the Father says... No one is coming to save you.
