Where can I find grizzly bears?

I can't find them anywhere, at the black bear locations it's just black bears.

It is possible as appeared, but will get some time (lots of) and probably requires you to fill more than 2/3 resistance points in Faith region. Near the farm where you try Dr. Lindsey's bait the first time (that results in gang of skunks attacking angels and other remained enemies), there is a chance of "mirage passerby" appearance (the one that turns into animal on approach), it will require lots of fast travels to that farm, lots of jogging up and down the roads, but eventually you will get all three grizzle bears spawn from them (there's a chance of spawning wolverine/deer/puma/grizzly from each "pedestrian"). I spent two hours, so good luck on that
