Strange Telephone Message?

So I was exploring after beating the game and I discovered a strange message spoken in a different language or some sort of code. It's not letting me replay it. Any of you want to check it out and try to record it?

Audio is a bit low. The player automatically plays some song right after. It is loud and terrible and I don't know how to make that not happen other than setting it to repeat.

Unfortunately, several resistance members were killed in the making of this recording as they would start talking immediately after I started playing the message. Hopefully their sacrifice will not be in vain.

Also, the number on the phone is 789-34567. Comes up as a Vietnamese clothing store's phone number. Probably just a coincidence.

all phones have that number. is the same asset/texture. is a made up number with secuencial number. nothing relevant to the audio.

"shazha suta trimartije" google translate detects as chinese which means :"She brakes her and her mom is starving" ofcourse this is mostly a shot in the dark since i had to write down the spoken words myself (most likely incorrectly)

I've been runing the audio through google translate and the most consistent result I get is with Traditional Chinese.

One time it came out to "Buy salsa, my dear" and that's the one I choose to believe so far.

Isn't it the language from Far Cry Primal? I allways thought that due to the phone beeing near all of those mammoth statues
