Fishing Board Locations

I am trying to figure out which fish I already broke records for and which fish I need. I know about the board in Fall's End and Hope County Jail, but there is supposed to be 2 more boards. For the life of me I cannot seem to find the gblobal board or the board for jacob's region. All guides on the internet do a great job of telling what fish need to be caught and where, but not a single guide out there has the locations of the boards. Any ideas?

Jacobs Region board is in the bunker of the Whitetails, you have to progress far enough to get captured by jacob once then you get rescued by Eili and end up in their hideout bunker.

Bunker. Got it. I'll check there. Thank you. I followed the guides and caught fish breaking every record but the rod is still locked so need to find those two last boards to see what they say (the first two boards show I completed all of those ones).

Again, thank you, guys. Apparently I missed the Kokonee Salmon (Could have sworn I caught one a little over 6 pounds, but oh well).

FYI, In case anyone needs the info, Wolves Den the the name of the fast travel point on your map for that last fishing board.
