Holland Valley Stuck at 51/52 Missions

I am currently stuck at 51 missions out of the total 52 required for 100% completion of Holland Valley. I have completed the most common missions which cause this issue; "No Means No" and "Hit the Gas" (it is marked as completed and I have "received my reward", but I was only able to recover one gas tanker before liberating the region). Anyone know what I might be missing?

There is a prepper stash mission that you don't get from any NPC called "Long Range Lockpick" the location is at the Deep North Irrigation Reservoir. Its just north of Falls End.

I was able to figure it out, I needed O'Hara's Haunted House, even though it would seem to be located in Faith's Region.
