How to unlock RAT4?
hey guy's,How do I unlock this weapon? It says "Gain 4 levels of resistance in total from any of the three regions to unlock this item." I just beat John, level of resistance in his region is on maximum - level 4.

Actually the first dot is level 0 and the last dot is level 3. So you only have 3 levels of resistance.

Nah if you beat John you’re at level 3. you have to reach another resistance level in one of the other remaining territories to unlock this one.
