in NG+ on infamous, unable to upgrade perks?
Just started NG+ with my buddy and I can't upgrade my perks. Ive got all perks maxed from story mode and have 18 perk points to spend, but not seeing any option to upgrade my perks. any idea?

the only things to upgrade are all of the gun for hires and all of ammo capacity just click on any one of them then press enter (or space i forgot which one was the default one to upgrade)

if it dosent work then you or your friend is not on new game plus

other wise idk anything else

Yeah, I'm sitting on like 53 points which are essentially of no use to me.

Upgrading perks is one thing New Dawn allows you to do, which is pretty cool.
