How does the Quickplay work?
Seriously, I don't understand at all. For example if I open lobby browser, I can see at least a few dozens of people who plays NEAR to me. But 95% of time quickplay sends me to a player on the other end of the world, so I have a few seconds delay between my crossbow and a headshot because of red ping.

Or sometimes quickplay offer me to change my class without any reason. If I'm starting to look for a quickplay as a dwarf-tank, isn't that obvious that I want to play as a tank?.... Yes, I know that quickplay offers it, because in the game it found this class is taken, but there are dozens of games where this class is empty! It just doesn't make any sence at all.

And the most stupid - why can't I host a quickplay??? I mean, I can in theory, when quickplay can't find any at the moment, but it's almost impossible. Is that so hard to make an option for hosting a quickplay?... Like in custom game, but with a random location.

Also, in any other online FPS if you kick a player, he can't connect to you again. In Vermintide 2... Well, everything is possible.

I was playing today, and one newby lowlvl elf connected to me 6 times in row during 2 different missions, 5 times I kicked him, but then I just ragequited, because that son of an excuse wasted 2 grims for nothing.

And sometimes when I use quickplay succesfully (not very often) I just don't get quickplay bonus in the end.

Ok I may sound mean but just a friendly reminder.

Quickplay probably looks for the most recent lobby instead of the best one, only way to explain this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

If you don't like a certain player joining, tell him, of he is unresponsive just kick him on sight. Also ragequitting is never the solution, in fact its sort of a ♥♥♥♥ move specially of you are hosting. Now again I understand some people may have been born an ork in the head, but they are what make champ/legend runs interesting, if everyone played decently the game would just be a grind similar to an mmo with cool combat, with sloppy teamates you get engaging moments where you carry the whole team with a tome and a grim, desperate plays while dealing with the boss and the horde along with tons of specials, oh and if they talk you probably get the most hilarious excuses, just don't quit, sit back, relax and enjoy.

Sorry if it sounded mean just a piece of mind.

Well, you can, but you first have to get this:

And even then you can't host QP privately until you load the map, but that's another issue.

As for your other points, yeah, QP is a bit wonky at times. Not sure there's much I can comment on that other than sometimes it acts rather strangely.
