How to turn off banner at the top of screen

Its really distracting when playing the game, i don't know why it even shows up in mission to begin with, i get that they need to tell us about crash issues and etc but i don't want to see it while trying to focus on the game

Came here to post the same thing.

1. I don't have VMF installed, I don't need your information 492 times in a row, thank you very much.

2. The idea of running scroll news in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game that prides itself on both immersion and twitch reactions is ... baffling.

3. I just spent the better part of 15 minutes looking where to switch off this nonsense in the options, because it didn't occur to me that not having such an option would be a solution for any game developer in the history of gaming.

Fatshark, sometimes I question your most basic understanding of anything.

not gona be a jack ass but just want to let you know some mods can be used in offical and are really more helpfull like seeing your allys ammo and numbers how mutch HP is left and be abeld to gear up all your classes with out even to pop them up since you can kit them all in the inventory bar soo just saying mods are pretty helpfull

We've used the global ticker less than a handful of times in almost 3 years <3 if there's an issue crippling games for players, we'll use that in a pinch to get a message out there.

If it could be turned off, you might miss a message that helps you out in a situation.

We can't win every case, but in this one it felt pertinent to put it up globally for a couple of hours before moving it to 'loading screens only'.

Loading screen only sounds great, unless of course its for "NEW CONTENT RELEASED" then i quit whatever i am doing to download it.
don't test me, i really leave midgame when they release something.
