I obtain a red from a peasan chest( the lowest tier chest) so i can say is 100% true.

i past like 20-30 missions alrdy in legend and got many emperors chests...still no red.

Reds drop from Champion General's Chests or above. It's recommended to open these only on fully maxed characters (lvl 30, item power 300).

If that guy didn't open 10k chests of each type I ask myself where the numbers are from.

Do righteous stand on legend with a competent team. Try for soldier's vault but anything is better than a General's from Champion. A 3-tome run will guarantee a merchant's and ranalds can boost you to soldier's. If you want the best chance at an emperor's without quickplay you'll need to be lucky enough to find 2 loot dice to make up for the no quick play bonus.

Got my first red out of an Emperor's Vault.

Devs never said it didnt, they do drops reds they said the PERCENT RATES were wrong. Stop. Spreading. False. Info.

Again its funny you call anyone a liar on this seeing how most of your post are full of misinformation and bs. No dev hedge said the percents were not accurate he did NOT state that it was however impossible and even hinted in other post legend overall has chances.
