So i just saw this in the game and ive never seen it before !!!, any ideas on how he got it because the player did not have a clue ??????

Sounds like the border for completing the Legend level challenges.
That stuff like bring 3 barrels to the empire in flames cart without using the event barrels, etc.

Collector's edition is just the border being colored in a little and there's a skull on top of it. Its pretty bad compared to the xbox borders (yes, they got different and better looking ones.)

They are not hard, just useless waste of time imho. I saw enough people with this icon and most of them are really bad players, so for me personally its really doubtful mark for players.

This is true lol, he died on champion and rage quit out before the end as well.
