Werid Slow motion bug
So every time i use slow motion the Vehicles keep jumping or flinging themselves for some odd reason I don't know why this happens but can someone at least try to explain why this happens or tell me out to fix it because its very annoying sometimes.

this has been an issue for a long time, and it doesnt seem to be affected by framerate, so i have no fixes

also, post in suggestions/issues
