Welding pls Brick Gods

We need a petition to weld stuff even if it literally defies how a lego piece is supposed to work
I'm starting to get tired of constantly trying to get stuff to connect pieces to other pieces. WE NEED WELDERS

You may have your snapping properties out of adjustment. You might not be highlighting the brick you wish to mate with the other when connecting groups of bricks, snapping is between really only 2 bricks at a time so do this when making multi-brick connections by using your shift key and clicking on it again. You might be in world space, turn that off while in move mode so things happen in local space oriented to the highlighted brick. You might be trying to use move mode 1 with the white reticle and no mouse pointer, this is a waste of time, enter 2nd movement mode with a dark reticle and mouse pointer active so you can manipulate the widgets that are oriented to the highlighted brick, grab them to slide and rotate intuitively.

I am sure there is more but that should help.

2. welding can be a non-editor way to reattach bricks, but won't work for other cars to avoid people welding a second engine on a car with a engine already
