Apple operating system is not listed on the store page, if there is a compatibility layer or emulator available it might run. Maybe someone is playing it on a mac and can say yay or nay.

No, Brick Rigs does not work on Mac.

If it is a pc cpu mac and not an apple cpu mac you can most likely use a linux distribution on it, valve put a lot of time, effort and money into making a translation layer for linux to run games through.
