So I'm trying to make a build where the player steps on a sensor and then and detonator ya know. Detonates! But it dosen't seem to be working, I've put them on the same channel index.
I need help

I'm also having this issue! I made a truck a while ago with a tail-lift, and it worked fine. Now it's changed to a channel index system, the switches don't work correctly. Now if I activate a switch and then hover over another, it activates that one as well, without pushing anything, and just sends the tail-lift actuators all over the place. I have tried multiple Index numbers and made sure they match, set to custom, made sure return to zero unchecked etc.. No joy. Hours of hard work destroyed!! >:(

Put maximum value to 0 and minimum to maybe 1 or more

Naa, doesn't work my friend. I've tried having a play with the numbers. As soon as I exit the vehicle and walk over to the buttons, it's automatically triggering them in all directions. I've set the actuators to accumulative - which means they stay where you leave them and they worked fine before, but now they just keep going as and when they feel like. I've made sure the switches are set to custom and numbers match, etc.. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Primary Interaction Axis? When I unbind this and just leave E as the primary interaction, the switches do not work at all. Very frustrating... But thanks ]v[acGyverFiN for your suggestion!

Ahh ok, sorry.
This is the original upload:

As I say, I changed all the switches to the corresponding input index. I was going to re-upload to workshop once I'd got it all working. Thanks.

No, I wanted those to be actuated manually. It's only the tail-lift that's button operated.

Ok, so heres the working recipe.
Sensor type -------- Proximity
Channel index ----- 1
Min input ------------ 1 or greater
Max input ----------- 0
Activation input --- Allways on

And i suggest you to change the explosive material to C4 instead of petrol.

Double check it, it works with these settings.
]v[acGyverFiN Sep 3, 2018 @ 9:58am
And make sure your detonator is on Custom and channel 1

Max input actually has to be 1 or greater

No, it has to be 0 and minimum 1 or greater.
