In multiplayer, it really depends on the server and who hosts it. However, I frequently visit multiplayer and I have yet to encounter adult content. Some people do curse though, but Fluppi added a censor for curse words. None of the servers I ever visited had people 'virtually' smoking, drinking, and such.
Everything in the game is SFW. Brick Rigs doesn't exactly have a "story," so there isn't really any adult stuff you do in the game.
Multiplayer *could* be NSFW, but it's very rare. Usually only happens in private servers between steam friends.
And as in any multiplayer game, you can just leave the server if it bothers you.
There is a capture the flag style first person shooter mode in the game, which could be a problem. However, there's no gore and blood flying everywhere. Even the blood is grey.
