Report a translation problem
This is a really annoying problem. Would it be possible for the game to detect what creations were spawned in by what players? That could possibly solve the problem by disabling the ability of save vehicles that you didn't make. So it could work like this:
- If you enter the editor with a vehicle you spawned in, you can edit and save it
- If you enter the editor with a vehicle you did not spawn in, you cannot do anything with it (this includes spawning it in again)
- In a private server, friends can still give you the ability to save their vehicles (using an option or something)
This way, if people steal your vehicle, they can take it to the editor but they won't be able to upload it to the Workshop. They also won't be able to spawn it in (because that would by-pass this entire system).
It seems like this could work. The game is already able to tell what vehicles you spawned in (considering the fact that it can limit how many vehicles you spawn).
