Steam Workshop vehicles not loading

This problem started today, I had gotten new workshop vehicles, I load into the game and literally none of my steam workshop vehicles were loading up.
I went and reinstalled the game, issue is still there.
I deleted the "Vehicles" folder and let steam reinstall it, still the same thing.
Removed every steam workshop vehicle I had, and recovered only the ones that I cared about, still not showing up.
This problem came up a few months ago but I fixed it by deleting the "Vehicles" folder and letting steam reinstall it.
