How to spawn vehicles

How do i spawn vehicles, I am new to this game and I do not know how to spawn vehicles.

Open vehicle folder in garage. Choose a vehicle. Select the top-right button to exit garage with the vehicle - the button that is not the person with legs.

my car button does not what does that mean

go up to a garage (the gear icon on the map). They have garage doors and are yellow in colour.
Go to the door and enter.
There will be a folder icon that allows you to open a build. Select the one you want to open, then click the car icon.

I honestly tried to spawn in vehicles.
I checked out the key configuration and what key did what, eg. W= fowards, A= strafe left, S= backwards, D= strafe right, etc; however it didn't tell me how to spawn in vehicles so I decided to take my problem to the community disccusions to solve it.

You go to a garage, go into the garage, and then open a vehicle.

I'm way to late to reply to the OP.
But in my experience as a new player, some workshop cars just aren't spawning.
I tried several and finally got a Nissan Skyline spawned.
So I'd say try different ones til something will spawn.

Hopefully this helps anyone new to the game who's having bad luck with failing spawns.
