Brick Rigs

Some feedback
The second I saw this game, I had to have it. Same case with Lego Worlds and Blockland, but sadly those two didn't use their potential. This thing though... This is already awesome!

What I really like about this game:

-The parts with properties! Hinges that you can set to have different speeds and controls are, in my opinion, the thing that gives this game a ton of possibilities.
-Camera. I know this might seem unimportant, but it can completelly ruin a game. There is ONE dev on this game and the camera is (almost) perfect. Theres just a few issues with the camera "coliding" with some types of bricks (the 4x4 flat hinge is one of these, I think).
-Cameras as bricks. A great idea that, again, adds tons of possibilities. If you stick one next to a gun barrel, it's much easier to aim. Maybe adding an option to make a crosshaired camera would be nice.
-The game runs fairly smooth! I made vehicles with tons of parts and they load instantly, even though I don't have a "Monster" of a PC.
-The multiplayer option!
-Gun physics. I may be mistaken, but it seems to richochet off of sloped bricks and do less damage than when it hits flat on. This detail is awesome! I just wish there was a property on the gun brick to set reload time. It's too quick for multiplayer :p
-The dev that makes frequent updates. Something that you rarely see, especially for a one man team.

Things I hope to see:

-Modding support / API. Always a great asset in any game.
-Building on the map. Forts!
-More bricks that player can interact with. Doors, tools, guns, stuff. Might be cool to be able to pick up any brick and put it back on the vehicle.
-Passenger seats (for multiplayer).
-Collisions between players and vehicles. So you could climb on them, or in them.
-More brick properties. Might be cool to have an option to set any key as a controller for a brick (trigger for the gun, turn left for a hinge). Also, properties for axels. This would make it possible to steer by running only wheels on one side (like a tank).
-(As D3K1D mentioned) logic switches. Electronics and logic switches are a great addition that add endless possibilities!

Big thanks to the dev! You are awesome for making what I always wanted out of Lego (you failed me, Lego! *shaking fist*)!

You can already set hinges up to control with the keys on your keyboard, its limited though, also from what I can tell if you give the normal blocks the ability to collide with the player you wouldn't be able to spawn creations whith bricks that are partly inside of, or clipping through, other bricks. Thus limiting the amount of things you could build. Off topic, Blockland is a very aquired taste. I've had the game for about 8 years now, and its people like me who've stuck around. This means it can be a lot less friendly to new people compared to when I joined.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, highly appreciated! I did think about most of your suggestions in the past as well, I would also like to have more in depth controls mechanics, however I neither want to make the game even more complex for beginners than it already is, so it might be added in the future but hidden in the game unless you check advanced controls in the menu.

I'm not gonna complain about that :D That would be a good way of implementing in depth controls. Leaving them set to simpe by default won't make new players intimidated, and having the option of enabling more complex controls would keep the nerds like me stuck to the computer for an unhealthy amount of time :D Approved!
